Muck Rack is seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Mid-Market team. This full-time, remote role empowers you to support clients across the United States, helping them maximize value from our cutting-edge public relations software.

Job Overview

Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market customers.
Foster strong relationships to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through onboarding, training, and best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Monitor client health and address issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
Drive retention and growth through strategic engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years in customer success or account management roles.
Experience supporting mid-market clients remotely.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with SaaS and public relations software.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
