Responsibilities

Lead Milan's Experiences acquisition through research, sourcing, and pitching
Move opportunities through the acquisition funnel with cross-functional teams
Source high-quality experiences and local hosts/creators
Onboard, optimize, and retain hosts for 6-12 months
Represent the city in cross-functional leadership forums

Requirements & Qualifications

15+ years in content/supply acquisition, partnerships, or sales
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Deep knowledge of city travel, entertainment, hospitality trends
Sharp eye for cultural trends; assess quality and market shifts
Proven ability to solve problems and spot new opportunities
Proficient with Salesforce and Airtable CRM tools
