ML Engineer - Copilot Experience

Join our team as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and build copilot experiences for faster case resolution. Develop systems to detect bad actors, ensuring protection for customers and agents. This role involves owning multi-agent framework components from design to production, developing robust Python apps with a focus on reliability, latency, and safety. Contribute to design standards, coding practices, and evaluation frameworks while partnering with Product, CX, and Security teams to ensure safe, scalable features. If you have 5+ years of experience in ML and software engineering, hands-on experience with large language models, deep learning, and strong Python skills, this role is for you. Experience with generative AI ecosystems like Vertex AI and AWS Bedrock is required, with specialized depth in NLP, information retrieval, or conversational AI. Strong communication skills are essential to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
