Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy ML models with NLP and GenAI
Collaborate across teams to implement and refine ML models
Integrate Salesforce and Zendesk data for model accuracy
Harness LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Whisper) for GenAI use cases

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of applied ML engineering experience
Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, AWS Sagemaker/Lambda/S3/Kendra, and MySQL
Experience with Pandas, NumPy for data manipulation
Ability to work in a remote-first, global team environment
