ML Engineer - Omics Data

Join our team as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work on building and deploying ML models over omics data such as genomics and transcriptomics. You will be responsible for integrating diverse biological signals from omics databases into pipelines, developing foundation models for biology, designing ML systems for a biological knowledge graph, and applying graph learning methods to biology.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years tech lead experience in a production ML environment
• Hands-on experience with omics data and resources
• Familiarity with omics and biomedical databases
• Strong experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience applying NLP/LLM techniques to scientific text
