About this Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager - Mobile to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in launching and driving the usage of our mobile app, which will focus on Gia, G-P's AI Advisor for HR. The app will be developed for both iOS and Android platforms, and the position is fully remote within India. What you'll do:: Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the mobile app, aligning with the company's goals and objectives. Define the product vision and roadmap for Gia's mobile application. Cross-Platform Development: Lead the development and launch of the mobile app on both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. User Engagement and Growth: Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies to maximize the app's reach and impact. Analyze user feedback and data to improve the app's features and functionality continuously. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products on time. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and team members. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the mobile app. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize the product. What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in mobile app development. Strong understanding of both iOS and Android platforms. Experience in launching and scaling mobile applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication skills.
