Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale paid search or paid social campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution across major digital platforms
  • Own campaign setup, budget pacing, optimization, and quality assurance
  • Manage structure, bidding, audiences, and testing calendars
  • Monitor performance daily and identify risks and optimization opportunities
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights for brand partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years managing paid search or paid social with 7-figure budgets
  • Strong platform expertise in Google Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads
  • Experience with enterprise tools like Search Ads 360 or Skai
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, tagging, and attribution
  • Excellent communication and self-starter mindset
  • Experience in fast-paced agency/platform/performance marketing; DTC preferred
