AgencyAnalytics seeks a dedicated Customer Support Specialist for our night-shift team. This full-time, remote role is open to candidates anywhere in Canada, providing support for our all-in-one client reporting platform designed for marketing agencies.

Job Overview

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to AgencyAnalytics users during night-shift hours.
Assist clients with troubleshooting, account management, and platform navigation.
Work remotely as part of a collaborative support team.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing system.
Resolve technical issues and guide users through platform features.
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed.
Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS or marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently during night-shift hours.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices.
Comfortable using client reporting or analytics platforms.
Tech-savvy with a keen attention to detail.
