This full-time onsite position as an Office Assistant - Receptionist is located at headquarters in Upper Marlboro, MD. The primary responsibilities include greeting visitors, issuing badges, notifying staff of visitors, maintaining visitor logs, and assisting with tasks related to Physical Security and Retail Services. Effective communication with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization is essential. The role also involves front desk/reception responsibilities and related duties.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, experience with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems, and preferably experience with Symitar or other core banking systems. The position offers health insurance with two nationwide PPO plans, a 401(k) with employer match up to 6% and immediate vesting, paid vacation, sick leave, and 11 paid holidays, as well as dental and vision insurance options, an Employee Assistance Program, and Life Insurance options.
