Responsibilities

Manage engineering team for optimized quality and velocity
Identify team health indicators and implement disciplined processes
Collaborate with customers, product engineering, and operations
Ensure focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables
Deliver quality managed services in a timely manner

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technology field
Professional experience in software delivery or managing operations teams
Experience in OpenStack, Linux system administration, and agile software development
Strong communication and cooperation skills
Technical aptitude for complex systems and cloud technologies
