Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Oracle’s products and related domains.
• Design, develop, and test new product features based on industry and client requirements.
• Work with legacy code and enhance existing solutions.
• Implement strategies to ensure top product quality.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver best-in-class products.
• Research and share industry best practices for product development.
• Automate team workflow processes for increased efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (graduated within last 2 years).
• Proactive approach to learning new technologies and programming languages.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with one or more: C, C++, Java, REACT, Angular JS, scripting languages.
• Knowledge of data structures, application development, and emerging technologies (e.g., machine learning, AI, blockchain).
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and relocate to Guadalajara as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
