Job Overview

As a Paralegal Support Specialist, you will provide legal and operational support across various workstreams, ensuring compliance and efficient document management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage document control including organization, versioning, and tracking
  • Support entity management with filings, annual reports, and licenses
  • Maintain contract lifecycle workflows from intake to archiving
  • Oversee contract signing process for timely execution
  • Prepare board and committee materials such as agendas, resolutions, and minutes
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or accredited paralegal certificate
  • 2–5+ years in paralegal, legal operations; fintech/digital assets experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and corporate governance
  • Experience with document management and CLM tools (Ironclad, DocuSign)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
