Key Responsibilities

Develop and scale marketing partnerships in Belgium and France by identifying, onboarding, and managing new partners including affiliates and price comparison platforms.
Own market presence expansion and nurture strong relationships with partners for sustainable growth.
Optimize performance KPIs such as CPO, COS, and new customer acquisition through data-driven strategies and affiliate network management.
Lead contract negotiations, conduct market and competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Brand Team to create impactful campaign assets and ensure seamless execution of partnerships and affiliate activities.
Advance onsite banner and voucher strategies, including testing and performance optimization for new customer growth.
Support cross-functional marketing projects with a focus on AI-driven personalization and predictive targeting, documenting learnings for scaling.
Plan and execute voucher business with partners, including onboarding, negotiation, and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Completed degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; initial experience in marketing partnerships or performance marketing preferred.
Strong motivation, analytical skills, and curiosity to explore Belgian and French markets with a data and KPI-focused mindset.
Excellent teamwork skills and adaptability to a fast-growing, international company environment.
Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French or Dutch is an advantage.
Flexibility to work remotely, with willingness to meet the team in Cologne at least once a month.
