Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience
Strong full-stack skills in Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript
Experience in building software used by real users
Ability to translate user problems into software solutions
Comfortable with ambiguity in large-scale manufacturing
