Summary

The People Growth & Belonging Team is responsible for providing staff with tools and learning opportunities to achieve this goal. This fully remote role will involve leading key learning and development initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and designing and executing programs to enhance the staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design and implementation of leadership development programs
• Design and execute staff up-skilling initiatives
• Shape learning track vision for global staff gathering
• Coordinate initiatives for fostering interactions across lines of difference
• Provide thought leadership on instructional design and facilitation techniques
