As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing employee data for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, contracts, and benefits. You will manage various HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, changes, leave, and right-to-work checks. Additionally, you will maintain HRIS, payroll, and benefits records, act as a system superuser, and provide first-class support to employees via the People team inbox.
You will also oversee the release of employee communications on policies, leave, global mobility, and payroll, as well as update the People intranet hub with essential forms, policies, and FAQs.
