Job Overview

Lead and manage performance marketing initiatives across various paid media platforms.
Collaborate with a remote team to deliver on business objectives and KPIs.
Leverage data insights to inform strategies and optimize campaigns.
Maintain a focus on detail, testing, and continuous improvement.
Ensure budget efficiency and maximize ROI on all paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
Test and refine marketing strategies for ongoing improvement.
Report on key metrics and present recommendations to stakeholders.
