Job Overview
  • Coordinate and develop proposal responses for a range of consulting services in the pharma/biotech sector.
  • Work collaboratively with business development, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality client proposals.
  • Ensure all proposal submissions meet company standards and are delivered on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and write detailed proposal responses, qualification packages, and presentations.
  • Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and track assignments and action items.
  • Collaborate with business area leaders and support market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for collateral and sales support materials.
  • Record and manage proposal information in the CRM database, ensuring accuracy throughout the proposal process.
  • Lead final proposal formatting, production, and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, liberal arts, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience developing and producing proposals, ideally within the pharma/biotech industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with CRM databases.
  • Ability to work with Adobe and Microsoft templates, complying with corporate standards.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and resource management skills.
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
