• Manage prescriptions through the digital pipeline.
• Provide top-tier support via app, phone, Slack, and email.
• Oversee PACMED strip packaging for accuracy.
• Utilize Kroll Paperless, Google Workspace, and PrescribeIT.
• Support B2B programs with clinic partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Kroll Paperless, Shopify, Slack, or digital platforms.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adept at switching between calls, data entry, and logistics.
• Clear and empathetic communicator with exceptional soft skills.
• Eager to learn and exposed to autonomous workflows and B2B health programs.
• Proficiency in Kroll (paperless) and adjudication.
