Plumbing/Fire Eng. IV

Design ductwork, piping, and equipment for plumbing and fire protection in large buildings. Mentor and lead designers and engineers on the team. Direct the work of junior staff and conduct annual reviews. Oversee energy modeling software usage in projects. Prepare Revit/BIM models for plumbing and fire protection; model HVAC as needed. Attend OAC meetings and maintain focus on project budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• PE or FPE in the United States required
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes
• Experience with Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus
• Independent work capability with minimal oversight
