Plumbing/Fire Engineer III

Job Overview

Design ductwork, piping, and equipment for plumbing and fire protection. Supervise or direct mechanical work; monitor progress and budget. Prepare Revit/BIM models for plumbing, fire protection, HVAC. Review shop drawings; respond to RFIs and changes. Coordinate with clients and project team; site visits as needed. Remote within the U.S.; preferred locations listed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience
• Current PE or FPE in the United States
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Strong working knowledge with potential for higher level growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience with Revit, Trane Trace, or Trane 3D Plus
