Principal Product Designer Role

Vimeo is seeking a talented Principal Product Designer to join our Teams/Collaboration division. This full-time, remote position is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. The role focuses on designing intuitive, collaborative tools that empower users to create, manage, and share exceptional videos on the Vimeo platform.

Job Overview

As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead the vision and execution of user-centric design solutions that enhance collaboration within teams. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless video experiences, drive innovation, and ensure the highest design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for team and collaboration features.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Advocate for user needs and accessibility throughout the design process.
• Contribute to and maintain Vimeo’s design system and brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product design, preferably with SaaS or collaboration tools.
• Expertise in Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
