ICU Medical is seeking a Principal Solution Engineer - Systems to join our global team dedicated to advancing the safety and efficiency of intravenous (IV) therapy. As a leader in innovative medical technologies, we deliver solutions that improve patient care across a variety of healthcare settings. This role focuses on technical leadership, problem resolution, knowledge sharing, and project management within our critical care and infusion therapy product portfolio.

Job Overview

The Principal Solution Engineer - Systems will be responsible for managing complex projects, resolving customer queries, creating knowledge resources, and ensuring operational excellence. You will serve as a key technical expert, collaborating with clinical staff, pharmacists, and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class medical device solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve product/service issues in alignment with help desk procedures and SLAs.
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication throughout the issue resolution process.
  • Develop and recommend knowledge management solutions; author and maintain knowledge articles.
  • Lead or participate in operational improvement projects, including product testing and field upgrades.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members and end users.
  • Identify, procure, and support the use of system tools for issue identification and resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards for networking, security, and medical device protocols.
  • Present technical updates to management and stakeholders.
