Job Overview

Serve as a key legal advisor on digital goods, subscriptions, and virtual currency. Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws and develop scalable legal processes.

Responsibilities

Advise on consumer protection laws and regulations
Develop playbooks, templates, and training materials
Monitor and provide legal advice on emerging digital commerce and gaming law developments
Collaborate with other legal teams for guidance

Requirements & Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the California Bar or eligible to register in-house
4+ years of legal experience in consumer tech (firm/in-house)
Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical, creative legal advice
Ability to build cross-functional relationships and explain complex legal concepts
