Job Overview

As a Product Demand Manager at Superhuman Mail, you will be responsible for building and scaling a sales-led product growth engine. Your main focus will be on designing agile demand programs and sales plays to drive inbound and outbound pipeline growth across net new and expansion opportunities. Collaboration with various teams like Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Growth will be essential to align campaign strategies with GTM goals and revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Design agile and test-and-learn demand programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline growth
  • Measure campaign impact and ROI
  • Align campaign strategy with revenue targets
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6+ years in B2B marketing, product marketing, or growth roles
  • Proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue via multi-channel campaigns
  • Deep expertise in product demand, messaging, and funnel optimization
  • Experience in partnering with Sales in a sales-led GTM motion
  • Strong analytical orientation with data-driven decision making
  • Leadership experience in small, agile teams
  • Experience with tools like Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense
