Join Goodnotes’ Monetization and Growth team as a Product Designer, where your work directly shapes user experience and business outcomes. You will design and optimize flows across subscriptions, payments, onboarding, and retention, ensuring Goodnotes is valuable, accessible, and trustworthy for a global audience. Collaborate remotely within a distributed team to experiment, iterate, and deliver impactful solutions that drive growth and elevate user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-centric flows to improve activation, conversion, and retention.
Create and iterate on design variations for A/B experiments.
Translate behavioral data and funnel insights into effective design solutions.
Identify UX friction points and balance user needs with business goals.
Build scalable design patterns and frameworks for monetization journeys.
Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact improvements.
Advocate for transparent and ethical design that builds user trust.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of product design experience, ideally in consumer or growth teams.
Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail.
Proven experience designing end-to-end flows and collaborating cross-functionally.
Curiosity about design’s influence on behavior and business metrics.
Comfort with experimentation, rapid iteration, and learning from outcomes.
Ability to synthesize insights and communicate narratives to align teams.
Experience with growth initiatives, subscriptions, payments, or onboarding is a plus.
Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker) and lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Intercom, AppsFlyer) is advantageous.
Remote collaboration skills and willingness to work asynchronously across time zones.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
