Job Overview

Microsoft 365 Product Manager responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Medicare Part-D processes for all clients. Ensures compliance with CMS regulations and enhances program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Manages Medicare Part-D processes for clients
Develops project plans to enhance the program
Monitors and interprets CMS regulations
Ensures regulatory compliance
Provides oversight for NMRx product line
Coordinates operational and compliance items with business partners
Leads issue resolution and performance improvement plans
Supports compliance efforts including audits
Develops and maintains documentation
Assists in contract updates

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
Experience in Medicare Part-D regulations preferred
Expertise in project management desired
Background in business, finance, or accounting desired
3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
