Join our team as a Product Marketing Manager for Gusto Wallet. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, segmenting customers, assessing trends and competition, creating positioning and messaging, defining value propositions, and delivering go-to-market strategies through multi-channel campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, who can collaborate cross-functionally and drive cross-functional strategy, goals, and execution.
We are looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in product marketing with a focus on B2C, fintech experience preferred, and 1-3 years in lifecycle marketing. Experience using insights/data for segmentation, messaging, and experiments is essential. Knowledge of lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app platforms like Iterable/Braze is a plus. The position offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 office days per week in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City, requiring reliable internet on non-office days.
