As the Director of Product and Technology Communications, you will spearhead our efforts to craft, lead, and execute a dynamic communications strategy that showcases our innovative products, technology vision, and customer impact. Work closely with executive and technical leaders to elevate our voice in the market and engage media, investors, and the broader public with compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead integrated communications strategies that drive awareness of Hims & Hers’ products and technology vision.
Shape and deliver compelling narratives for media, investors, and the public, highlighting product innovation and customer impact.
Oversee all communications for product launches, ensuring consistent messaging and effective media execution across channels.
Create impactful communications materials, including messaging frameworks, press releases, blogs, executive remarks, and media statements.
Build and nurture relationships with key journalists, analysts, and industry influencers across tech, business, and healthcare sectors.
Partner closely with the CTO and product leaders to strategically elevate their perspectives externally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in product and technology communications, ideally within consumer-facing, public companies.
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field preferred.
Expertise in both traditional and digital media, with strong industry press relationships.
Proven track record in leading communications for product launches, platform milestones, and executive initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and craft resonant stories.
Experience collaborating with executives, product, engineering, and legal teams to manage sensitive announcements.
