Production Designer Lifeway Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, demonstrating a commitment to Kingdom work.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and refine design templates for print resources.
• Package, export, and deliver digital files and cover images for various internal and external partners.
• Guide the publishing workflow, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure efficient digital delivery according to business needs.
• Apply metadata and archive product covers and art images in databases, maintaining standards and specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production graphic design and digital workflow management.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat; intermediate skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with digital asset management, including directory structures, archival processes, metadata, and databases.
• Advanced knowledge of publishing tools, printing specifications, and digital/graphic formats.
• Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church.
• Preferred: Advanced typography or hand-lettering skills; experience in mission-driven or Christian publishing.
