Production Manager

Job Overview

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing production and staff to ensure quality standards are met. You will maintain quality control, ensure compliance with cGMP and regulations, manage day-to-day tasks including prepping and packaging, monitor and maintain departmental standards per state requirements, and report weekly to the Director of Operations on production and scheduling.

Requirements & Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
• 4+ years in a lab or manufacturing setting
• Experience managing a large team
• 1+ year in the Cannabis industry
• QA/QC experience with HPLC and GC preferred
• Proficient with Bio Track and strong computer skills
