Customer Relations Lead Generation Pipeline Management Sales Management

This position involves strategically managing the territory to achieve or surpass sales targets. The role includes generating leads through direct customer contact, building and maintaining customer relations, driving market penetration, and delivering sales results as per quarterly goals and area metrics. The consultant will need to maintain a pipeline of opportunities, represent Revance positively at customer locations and meetings, and have a history of meeting/exceeding sales objectives. Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery is preferred, along with launch experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage the territory to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Generate leads through direct contact with customers
  • Maintain customer relations and drive market penetration
  • Deliver sales results per quarterly goals and area metrics
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years outside sales in Medical or Aesthetics
  • 5+ years sales/account management experience
  • History of meeting/exceeding sales objectives
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery
