Kayzen is seeking a Programmatic Trading Specialist to join our remote, global team spanning EMEA & APAC. As a key member of the Trading team, you will manage and optimize mobile performance advertising campaigns, drive growth for clients, and contribute to the democratization of programmatic advertising. Job Overview

Oversee daily trading activities across multiple advertisers within the managed service offering.
Drive campaign performance, scale, and fulfillment through trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimization.
Collaborate closely with account management, product, supply, and creative teams to ensure client success.
Identify growth opportunities and champion new ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Maintain strong client relationships through excellent campaign management and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Daily management and optimization of programmatic ad campaigns for mobile clients.
Utilize data-driven strategies and advanced analytics to improve campaign outcomes.
Troubleshoot issues rapidly and contribute to product enhancement.
Collaborate across departments to test creative solutions and ensure campaign success.
Communicate account status and performance updates effectively with internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of programmatic buying experience; in-app experience preferred.
Strong data analysis and advanced analytical skills.
Proven ability to support decisions with data-driven insights.
Solution-oriented mindset and drive to succeed.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with mobile DSP platforms.
Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and prioritize strategies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and campaign fulfillment.
Familiarity with creative testing and supply-side collaboration.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
