Protocol Researcher

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Participate in research on Prover-, sequencer-, and builder-coordination, design, decentralization, and incentivization
• Research into composability and interoperability of blockchains like L1-L2, L2-L2, L1-L1
• Contribute to the integration of AI/AI agents on-chain and the development of on-chain AI protocols

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of distributed protocol design
• Ability to identify mechanism design problems and propose solutions
• Familiarity with Ethereum and various L2 designs
• Published work in relevant fields
• Excellent ability to express thoughts precisely
