Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Your role will involve following treatment plans, tracking session data, supporting skill development, and promoting positive behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

Collect and track session data

Share progress with clinical team

Requirements & Qualifications

Active RBT Certification
High school diploma
At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
Flexible scheduling
Supportive supervision and ongoing feedback
Competitive pay ($20-$30/hour)
