Blue Mantis, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Specialist to support our managed services division. This remote role is vital for maintaining accurate invoicing, managing collections, and ensuring the smooth operation of receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong background in billing or accounts receivable, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Issue invoices and account statements on a scheduled and recurring basis.
Manage collections for outstanding accounts and contact customers regarding overdue payments.
Maintain accurate records of all collection and billing activities.
Resolve billing and payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure contracted coverage and inventory of services are maintained and correctly invoiced.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum two years’ experience in billing analysis, accounts receivable, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with managed, cloud, and professional services environments, including recurring revenue models.
Experience with IT Service Management platforms, NetSuite, and Salesforce is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
