Key Responsibilities
  • Create job postings based on approved intake documents
  • Draft test assignments and structured interview questions using templates
  • Format and assemble candidate packets for clients
  • Prepare candidate summaries with client-facing polish
  • Send interview surveys and candidate follow-up communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in operations support, recruiting coordination, administrative execution, or similar structured work
  • Strong written English — near-native fluency required
  • High comfort level with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Slack
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recurring tasks daily
  • Ability to follow SOPs precisely
