Responsibilities
  • Prospect and drive business development with 10+ meetings/week
  • Uncover profitability opportunities through consultative Discovery Process
  • Build Cogent as the go-to partner for growth
  • Collaborate with in-office B2B team for strategic pipeline ownership
  • Target 35 prospect touches per week with at least one Discovery commitment weekly
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in high-value sales and business development
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Ability to engage with business owners and build strong partnerships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Highly organized with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
