Forecasting Pipeline Management Saas Sales

Job Overview

Lead North American revenue as a hands-on VP in a fast-paced scale-up environment. Drive GTM initiatives and align revenue lifecycle while focusing on coaching, execution rigor, and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage 10 Account Executives
  • Own mid-market and velocity motions for new logos and cross-sell
  • Partner with GTM teams for revenue alignment
  • Drive weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts and pipeline hygiene
  • Lead GTM initiatives across various departments
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Account Executives in velocity SaaS sales
  • Strong coaching track record with improved AE performance and forecast accuracy
  • Experience selling SaaS with new business and expansion revenue
  • Data-driven with pipeline metrics and forecasting skills
