The Regulatory Filing Specialist is responsible for the preparation and submission of regulatory documents. This role requires effective communication with clients to address their inquiries about filing methods and processes. The specialist must stay updated on regulatory requirements and work collaboratively with the team to ensure all filings are completed within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file regulatory documents.
Answer client questions regarding regulatory methods.
Keep up to date on regulatory filing processes.
Collaborate with team members to meet filing deadlines.
Communicate with clients about the status of their filings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Post-secondary education; bilingual preferred.
Experience in customer service.
Knowledge of database systems is a plus.
