As a Relationship Manager - Sales at Xapo, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and qualifying high-quality leads, including High-Net-Worth individuals and institutional clients. This remote role requires a proactive and professional approach to client acquisition, networking, and brand representation, with regular travel for events and client meetings. You will serve as the primary contact for prospects, ensuring seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, cultivate, and qualify new business leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
Transition qualified leads to Account Management for efficient onboarding.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during initial engagement and provide expert product demonstrations.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities; report on key sales metrics.
Represent Xapo at regional events and conferences, promoting brand values and expanding professional networks.
Ensure all tasks comply with regulatory requirements and achieve defined KPIs.
Be available to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in private banking, wealth management, investment, or commercial banking.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital assets.
Demonstrated success in lead origination and client relationship management within financial services.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Proven ability to conduct meetings both online and in-person, including event-based interactions.
Consistent achievement of sales KPIs and client conversion targets.
Robust professional network in the regional financial sector.
Solid knowledge of fiat payment systems and stablecoins.
Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet connection.
Alignment with Xapo’s values and leadership principles.
