Responsibilities

Establish clear communication and smooth product transitions with cross-functional teams
Plan and execute release schedules, managing bottlenecks for high-quality deployments
Work with Infrastructure and Technical Operations to deliver infrastructure changes to production
Identify roadblocks in the release cycle and develop mitigation strategies
Maintain a change audit trail with release instructions, rollback plans, and impact assessments

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Release Engineering, or equivalent
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and Git/GitHub/Bitbucket
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
Experience supporting multiple products in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
Ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
