Job Overview

As a remote team member at PerkinElmer, you will contribute to the advancement and support of analytical solutions, engage with diverse clients, and help ensure the quality and safety of products and environments globally.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients in deploying and utilizing analytical instruments and consumables remotely.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for laboratory equipment and workflows.
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with global teams to innovate and enhance laboratory solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in various industries including healthcare and environmental testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with analytical instruments (e.g., mass spectrometry, chromatography, spectroscopy).
Strong knowledge of laboratory compliance and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
