Job Overview

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend infrastructure for web-scale AI products.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security at scale.
• Participate in open-source development and technology integration.
• Optimize and manage production databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Collaborate across teams to enhance deployment and monitoring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust backend services and APIs.
• Refactor existing systems to eliminate technical debt and improve maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with REST/RPC services focused on scalability and performance.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, deployment pipelines, and debugging system-level issues.
• Track record of open-source contributions (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
