Help Scout is seeking a talented Customer Enablement Lead to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering customers to make the most of Help Scout's simple and effective customer service software. This is a full-time opportunity with no geographical restrictions, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on customer success and education.

Job Overview

As the Customer Enablement Lead, you will design and execute enablement strategies that drive customer engagement, education, and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive the guidance, resources, and support they need to thrive with Help Scout’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer enablement programs to maximize product adoption.
Create educational resources and training materials for customers.
Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams to enhance the customer journey.
Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Deliver virtual workshops, webinars, and onboarding sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years in customer enablement, success, or education roles.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Experience with SaaS or customer service software.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in developing training content and resources.
Analytical mindset for interpreting customer data.
Team player with a collaborative approach.
Passion for customer empowerment and education.
Comfortable engaging with global, diverse customers.
