Job Overview

Lead executive talent sourcing initiatives remotely.
Partner with Dropbox teams to attract and engage top leadership candidates.
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong executive pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage executive-level candidates through multiple channels.
Manage the end-to-end sourcing process for leadership roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters on strategic hiring needs.
Maintain accurate candidate records and data.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in executive sourcing or recruiting.
Strong understanding of sourcing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Knowledge of best practices in executive search and talent acquisition.
