Plaid is seeking a dedicated Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic Fintech team. This full-time, remote role empowers you to collaborate with innovative financial services clients, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing support for Plaid’s products. Join us in shaping the future of finance from anywhere in the United States.

Job Overview

Serve as a primary technical contact for fintech clients, managing relationships and technical solutions.
Work cross-functionally to drive client success and product adoption.
Provide expert guidance on Plaid’s APIs and best integration practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and advocate for client needs within Plaid.
Contribute to the evolution of financial technology through client collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and ongoing technical support for key fintech clients.
Identify and resolve technical challenges in client integrations.
Act as a liaison between clients and Plaid’s engineering teams.
Drive adoption of new features and product enhancements.
Document best practices and share insights with internal teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in technical account management or customer-facing technical roles.
Strong understanding of APIs and integration processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in fintech products and services is a plus.
