Remote Line Producer Role

We are seeking a talented Line Producer to coordinate and execute high-paced post-production and AI-driven creative projects for top-tier advertising agencies and production companies. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates located in the Americas, especially those aligned with New York (EST) time. The position begins with a one-week trial and offers the potential for a long-term, fixed engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret project briefs from clients to understand deliverables and expectations.
• Build, coordinate, and manage creative and production teams across global time zones.
• Track and manage project budgets, bids, and schedules efficiently.
• Oversee project progress and workflows in collaboration with post-production coordinators.
• Communicate directly with clients and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Deliver diverse content, including sizzle films, manifestos, case studies, and AI-generated visual prototypes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in post-production or hybrid media environments (AI + live action).
• Strong scheduling and budget management capabilities.
• Ability to manage and communicate with teams across multiple time zones.
• Comfort with fast turnarounds and high-pressure, global production settings.
• Direct client communication skills, with experience working for leading ad agencies or production companies (a plus).
• Availability during Americas time zones, ideally EST.
