Job Overview

We are seeking proactive, detail-oriented professionals to join our remote team, ensuring seamless real estate operations and client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in supporting property transactions, client communications, and digital processes for our luxury market clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual support for real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and rentals
Assist agents and clients with documentation, title insurance, and mortgage coordination
Manage digital listings, client communications, and scheduling using real estate software
Coordinate relocation services and rental inquiries remotely
Uphold company standards for confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in real estate operations or administration (remote experience preferred)
Proficient with CRM systems, real estate listing platforms, and digital communication tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Florida real estate market is a plus
