Job Overview

Remote, part-time freelance opportunity with flexible scheduling
Collaborate on AI-driven coding projects for major technology leaders
Contribute to the advancement of Generative AI and complex reasoning models
Hourly compensation varies by country, up to $55/hr

Key Responsibilities

Generate, review, and annotate Ruby code for AI training purposes
Evaluate prompts and participate in complex data annotation tasks
Benchmark and execute code in sandboxed environments across multiple languages
Integrate and test code within CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with project leads, engineers, and managers to refine AI models
Maintain high-quality documentation for tests, bugs, and technical debt

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3 years professional experience with Ruby (object-oriented programming, metaprogramming, idiomatic practices)
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above)
Expertise in code review, defect documentation, profiling, and debugging
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI)
Strong Git and Linux CLI skills
Familiarity with Docker, automated deployment, and scripting in Ruby
Experience with AI/ML or LLM-powered coding/testing solutions
High-quality technical documentation skills
Adaptability, quick learning, and competitive coding experience are advantageous
